堪培拉澳华会(ACTCAA)成立于 1988 年,是首都领地历史最悠久、最具影响力的华人社区组织。
作为一个 独立、受尊重、以家庭为本 的非营利机构,我们在过去三十八年里持续为长者、家庭与新移民提供文化、教育、健康与社交支持,成为华人社区中最值得信赖的力量。
澳华会以稳健的治理、深厚的文化理解与强大的项目执行能力著称,成功推动多项社区资助项目,包括认知障碍与早发性失智症宣传、长者社交支持、跨代学习、文化传承与社区韧性建设。
我们与社区服务机构、老年护理服务提供者合作,并积极争取地方与国家层级的政府及代理机构资助,确保活动可及、包容、持续。
作为一个不断成长的社区平台,澳华会以丰富的活动、强大的志愿者团队、长期的社区媒体影响力以及广泛的会员参与,持续推动华人社区的健康、凝聚与文化自豪感。
The ACT Chinese Australian Association Inc. (ACTCAA), established in 1988, is the oldest and most respected Chinese community organisation in the ACT.
As an independent, trusted, and familyoriented nonprofit organisation, ACTCAA has supported Chinese seniors, families, and new migrants for more than 38 years through cultural enrichment, education, wellbeing programs, and community connection.
Known for strong governance, cultural competency, and proven project delivery capability, ACTCAA has successfully implemented major community initiatives including dementia and cognitive health awareness, seniors’ social support, intergenerational learning, cultural programs, and community resilience building.
We collaborate with community service providers and aged care providers and actively seek funding from government bodies and peak agencies at local and national levels to ensure our programs remain accessible, inclusive, and sustainable.
With a growing membership, dedicated volunteers, diverse activity groups, and longstanding community media presence, ACTCAA continues to strengthen the wellbeing, cohesion, and cultural pride of Chinese Australians in Canberra.

堪培拉澳华会成立于 1988 年,是澳大利亚首都领地首个注册成立的华人社区组织。三十八年来,我们始终坚持以社区为本,服务堪培拉及周边地区的华裔居民,陪伴一代又一代华人家庭在澳洲安居、成长、融入与发展。
作为一个独立、受尊重、以家庭为本、文化包容的非营利组织,澳华会在华人社区中拥有稳固的声誉与深厚的信任,是本地华人文化、健康与社区参与的重要支柱。
Founded in 1988, ACTCAA is the first incorporated Chinese community organisation in the ACT. For 38 years, we have supported Chinese Australians across Canberra and surrounding regions, helping generations of families settle, connect, and thrive in Australia.
As an independent, respected, familyoriented organisation, ACTCAA is recognised as a trusted pillar of the Chinese community.

澳华会每周、每两周与每月提供超过 20 项常规活动,涵盖文化、教育、健康、社交与跨代交流,包括:
• 每月会员聚会
• 英语读写课程(AMEP 与志愿课程)
• 长者社交支持活动
• 舞蹈团、歌唱组、乐团、现代京剧兴趣组
• 书法、国画、阅读与学习小组
• 掼蛋、围棋象棋、吉他学习、兴趣分享
• 妇女小组、攝影組、健身龍、健步隊、茶敘坊
• 每周粤语与普通话社区广播节目(自 1994 年起)

ACTCAA delivers more than 20 regular weekly, fortnightly, and monthly activities, including:
• Monthly Members’ Gathering
• English literacy classes
• Social support programs for seniors
• Dance groups, choir, musical band, modern Peking opera
• Calligraphy, painting, reading groups
• Guandan, chess, guitar, interest groups
• Women’s group and Harmony Walking Team
• Weekly Cantonese & Mandarin community radio program (since 1994)

堪培拉澳华会会员入会须知 1. 本会性质 堪培拉澳华会(以下简称“本会”)是非政治、非宗教、非营利性的华人社区组织。本会宗旨在于为堪培拉华人营造健康、友好的交流平台,促进会员间相互学习、互助共进。本会下设多种兴趣小组及学习班,会员可依据个人爱好自愿选择参加相应活动。 2. 入会资格 凡尊重本会宗旨、遵守澳大利亚法律法规的朋友,不论其持有澳大利亚公民身份、永久居留权或临时访客身份,均欢迎加入本会。正式会员享有参加各兴趣小组活动及本会举办的大型活动的权利。 3. 会籍与年费 本会会员资格每年审核一次,会员年费有效期为当年1月1日至12月31日。现行年费标准如下: · 年满60周岁以上的退休人员:每年$5澳元; · 其他人员:每年$12澳元。 本须知自公布之日起执行,最终解释权归堪培拉澳华会所有。欢迎符合条件的朋友踊跃加入,共创和谐互助的华人大家庭。 Information for Prospective Members of the ACT Australian-Chinese Association 1. Nature of the Association The ACT Australian-Chinese Association is a non-political, non-religious, and non-profit community organization for the Chinese community. Its mission is to create a healthy and friendly platform for interaction among the Chinese community in Canberra, fostering mutual learning and progress through mutual support. The Association hosts various interest groups and classes; members may voluntarily choose to participate in activities based on their personal interests. 2. Membership Eligibility We welcome individuals who respect the Association's mission and abide by Australian laws and regulations to join, regardless of whether they hold Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or temporary visitor status. Full members are entitled to participate in the activities of various interest groups as well as major events organized by the Association. 3. Membership and Annual Fees Membership status is reviewed annually, and the annual membership fee covers the period from January 1 to December 31 of the current year. The current annual fee rates are as follows: · Retirees aged 60 and over: AUD $5 per year; · All other individuals: AUD $12 per year. These guidelines take effect from the date of announcement, and the ACT Australian-Chinese Association reserves the right of final interpretation. We warmly invite eligible individuals to join us and build a harmonious, mutually supportive Chinese community.
